Nostalgia #1 is a glimpse back into those early morning bus rides, when the windows fogged over and you’d draw little shapes with your fingertip. The world outside rushed by in a soft blur of countryside greens and blues, but inside you could feel still for a moment and daydream away the drive before the day began. This painting captures that feeling of being young, half-awake, and suspended between home and school.
